Each month the Rugantino is proud to offer a new special dinner menu; here is our mouthwatering menu for March:

Starters
Lentil & pasta soup with garlic croutons

Mushroom ravioli served with vine tomato ragu, garlic and aubergine

Warm sweet and sour shallots with cured ham and fresh figs

Garlic and pinenut tartlet drizzled with sweet red pepper coulis

Avocado and flaked fresh tuna loin with green salad and a olive oil lemon dressing

Main Courses
Grilled rainbow trout with parsley and crayfish crumble topping served with new potatoes

Pan-fried duck breast served on roasted pears with a rich      morello cherry sauce

Scaloppina Milanese (lightly breadcrumbed veal sauteed with olive oil, lemon and butter)

Roasted rack of lamb Italian style with garlic, lemon and thyme served on a bed of fried courgettes

Mixed bean and tomato casserole glazed with Mozzarella
