Homemade Soup of the Day

Peppered fillet of beef carpaccio with extra virgin olive oil, rucola leaves, 12 year aged balsamic vinegar & fresh shavings of Parmesan.

Sformatino di Melanzane (Warm tomato, basil, mozzarella and Parmesan baked with eggs & wrapped in aubergine)

Porcini mushroom & truffle risotto. Sauteed Porcini mushrooms in truffle oil with Arborio rice & grated black truffle

Fresh pan-seared pearl dived Scallops (£1.50 supplement).  The Scallops are jousted with rosemary, served in Parma ham rosettes, and served with caper infused olive oil.

Foccacia bruschetta alla Romana.

Seafood Campanelle Nero with King Prawns, Clams & Mussels sauteed with Garlic, shallots, Pinto Grigio & fresh tomatoes.

Lasagne al forno (House Special).  Lasagne sheets layered with our secret bolognese sauce, buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil leaves, salami, Italian meatballs & grated Parmesan.

Pappardelle con polpette. Pasta entwined with our famous Italian tomato sauce & amazing meatballs.

Traditional Spaghetti Carbonara made with eggs, double cream, Pancetta & garlic.

Bucatini al amatriciana (Bucatini pasta tossed with guanciale cured Italian ham, sauteed onions, fresh herbs and Tomaotes)

Tagliatelle con Zucchini e Zafferano (Tagliatelle with courgette and saffron in a light cream sauce)
