Homemade sweet potato & bell pepper soup with chives and parmesan croutons
Chicken liver parfait with redcurrant and dill served with plum and pear chutney
Fresh potato gnocchi with roasted cherry tomatoes, fresh Parmesan cheese shavings, garlic, white wine and fresh oregano
Salmon & coriander fishcakes served on creamed leeks
Cantaloupe melon with clementine & cranberries with a red berry coulis
Tossed walnut & Stilton salad served with a port and shallot dressing
